Italy on a Plate, at Pulcinella
Another fantastic review of Pizzeria Pulcinella, thanks to Middle East Living
Middle East Living recently took a quick trip to Italy. Turns out it was quicker than we expected. A brief journey to Al Barsha, to be exact. If you’ve ever been distracted by the seductive aroma of baking pizza and freshly chopped tomatoes while strolling in Al Barsha, Pulcinella is the restaurant to blame. This quaint bistro doesn’t attempt to be anything it’s not. Its only mission is to serve authentic Italian culture on a plate. So authentic that its basil is expressly imported from European markets. Even the coffee takes a flight directly from the farms of Italy to your cup, expertly brewed in a machine that hails from the same country.
